awesome place. the staff was very friendly and I would definitely visit again. I had doubts whether the place would be good. but after my first night there I wanted to stay three more days. lovely place.

Receptionist was nice but the room was bad. Especially the shower, which was either ice cold, or burning hot (when there was hot water). The toilets were really bad aswell. Don't go as a couple.

It's too hot but they offer fans and air conditioning (upon fee). It's somewhat crowded but the staff is really nice and friendly (shoutout to Tiziana ♥) and the location is great. Good value for the money and location.

Expensive very unpleasant and impolite staff no service and dirty in 4 days staying you get no change towel no soaps and if you ask for it they will tell you they can make an exception for you but you will pay for it 💩💩💩👎👎👎

A good service overall but as in many Italian hostels, you should be aware of city tax. That being said it's still not too expensive.

this hotel is a nightmare!! don't stay here ever! the room is old and dirty, things are broken and, imagine you in the middle of winter in Rome and the heater does not work and the water is freezing. The staff did nothing in 2 nights and let us sleeping without heater! The hot water ended in the middle of bath and I got cold for sure!! So, if you are looking for a good hotel don't even walk near here!
