Where to startthis place was a very big let down from start to finish. When we arrived it seemed as if there was no one on site. One man at the reception desk and that was it. The whole place seemed eerie and deserted. Secondly there were dead flies and insects floating in the pooldefinitely not inviting at all. The "jacuzzi" pool had just two jets which hardly created a jacuzzi effect. The WiFi is very poor and slow. The "breakfast" consisted of a Lidl quality croissant served to your room and the worst coffee you can ever find in Italy. Certainly not the level of breakfast you expect of a four star hotel resort. The restaurant can't be used and instead they have sandwiches available for lunch. To end there is no gym at all despite this being described in both the hotel website and the brochure given in the roomall very strange indeed. It is very isolated in the middle of nowhere so good if you want to be off grid but bad if you want to be close to human civilization. After complaining to the hotel manager he agreed to just charge us for the night,'s stay and then changed his mind and charged us for two nights plus a random tax. All in all my girlfriend and I were so disappointed that we checked out the very next day and found a better place to stay to continue our holiday. Avoid this place like the plague.

First run of staff spoke very bad English and looked at us as if we had done something terrible every time we asked something. Internet was incredibly slow and unstable. Spa was okay. Fantastic pools outside. Very fancy driveway. Second run of staff was much more friendly but as an English speaker very difficult to communicate. Small beds for people over 1.90m. The place is totally opted for Italian speaking couples.

Location molto bella ed adatta per un matrimonio. La sala costruita sulla piscina con il pavimento trasparente è davvero ben fatta. Il cibo servito è stato buono, anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Tutto sommato una bella esperienza.
