First of all, it was incredibly difficult to find. After half an hour wandering around Naples we ended up in an ally that looked like a trash collection centre or some kind of a drug dealing spot. I gagged when I realised that's where we were supposed to spend the night. The receptionist was incredibly rude and uninterested. I was shook when she started texting in the middle of our check in process. When we finally got our room is when the true horror began The room smelled uncomfortable and it was dirty. The sheets had stains and there were humidity marks in the ceiling . A sad and noisy fan was the only relief we got from the suffocating heat of Naples in the summer. They refused to change our room or even return the money so we had to stay in that disgusting room for that night. If you want a nice and clean hotel, or even a decent, please stay away from this place. I've never been so disappointed in my whole life.

Это не отель, а кошмар. На сайте бронирования указана возможность оплаты картой Виза, Мастер карт и т.д. но на самом деле в этой возможности нам отказали, чем очень не обрадовали нас. На этом ад только начался. Wi Fi только в холле, потолки высотой 4,5 метра с люстрой-вентилятором, на которой вековая пыль. Ванная комната это отдельный фильм ужасов. Грязный унитаз, душевая кабина с древним душем и пыльное всё! Мой чемодан лежащий на полу дал понять, что мыть полы это дурной тон в этом отеле. Постель кажется не менялась, а если менялась то, кажется не стиралась. Вид в этом номере на серую стену соседнего дома. В общем чувствуешь себя как узник в тюремной камере( по-итальянски комната - camera). Совет: бегите от этого отеля, желательно в другой город.

Stanza discreta , pulita . Ubicazione hotel buona, centro storico. Tutto il resto pessimo da dimenticare iniziando dal metodo di pagamento, non accettano carte di credito ma moneta contante con pagamento anticipato .Dopo la prenotazione obbligatoriamente con la carta di credito inviano una e-mail dicendo che bisogna pagare in contanti perché hanno problemi con il gestore. Colazione non compresa nel prezzo mentre e' indicata su internet. dopo le ore 19 non è possibile accettare clienti perché la reception chiusa. personale assente fino alle ore 08 del giorno successivo l'accesso in albergo avviene mediante chiavi che consegnano ai clienti . in pratica durante il periodo notturno non c'è assistenza. Wi Fi assente .problemi di connessione. difficile parlare con il cellulare Per l'importo pagato c'è di meglio. da evitare assolutamente
