😡😡😡☹️I will never come back to this hotel again. They've stolen my money. I left my bag in the room and when I came back I saw it opened. Was marked. I knew exactly how much money I left there. I went down to the reception and the manager protected the cleaner. After several hours of quarreling I got my money. They would not give a star to the hotel. This story has happened a year ago and I remember it now. You should not go here. 👎💸
Girl at the front dest was amazing, really added to our time here.
Albergo scarso.
car parking problem. gentle receptionist and strong IT coffee. poor breakfast
Enjoy are stay at the Caravaggio, excellent customer service. Great location for your stay in Naples.
The best point about this hotel is that it is at the heart of Naples Historic Center and yet it is absolutely quiet. The rooms are comfortable and big, bathrooms could be bigger but as they are perfectly acceptable for the price. The staff, especially Valentino and Paolo, are really kind and helpful. The breakfast is not brilliant, it could have more healthy fruits and juices and nicer bread. I really enjoyed my stay although I am a very fussy traveller so easy going people will find it even better. I recommend it if you have medium budget and like to be close to everything, the rail station (for easy trips to Pompei and Heracleum), the port (for trips to Capri, Sorrento, beautiful Procida), and most importantly Naples itself -- a magic city with wonderful food. Rubbish in the streets is still a problem but I think the mayor and those who care about Naples are crazy not to resolve their political differences and make Naples more pleasant for everyone including themselves. This aspect and the well reported 30% taxi drivers who dodge fairs are the only drawback. Yet Naples is one of the most wonderful provinces of Italy and Caravaggio is a brilliant place to start enjoying this magic.
Very nice clean and quite hotel. We loved our stay. It was very easy to move about the city from the hotel as it's really in a central position. Overall a very positive experience.
