It is a decent place. Would give it a 3 1/2 stars if possible. Room had a nice size. However the bed had two different mattresses on its sides. One was a memory foam the other one had springs and was lumpy. We asked for another memory foam but it was not possible to get one. The bathroom was spacious, with a bathtub and a shower cabin. Water pressure was low though. The lady at the reception gave us some good advice on visiting Mount Etna and some coupons for a snack at 2,000 m. With some improvements this could be a nice place to stay. The hotel has a nice swimming pool on the rooftop (nice to sit on a chair at night). The wifi is difficult to access. You need to put a lot of personal info (why ask the DOB?) to log-in instead of the room number!!??

Albergo pulito, accogliente, il personale gentilissimo. Lo consiglio a tutti per trascorrere una vacanza serena e divertente.

L'hotel è fantastico ma dovrebbero rinnovare un po le camere cioè dipingere le camere i balconi ecc. Ma nonostante questo mi è piaciuto molto
