Be careful. Very friendly staff, pour breakfast, not quiet. We asked for a quiet non-smoking room and got a room next to the reception and the entrance - and people in this neighborhood visit the hotel a lot. People stand in the reception and with open door and they are having a good time there all evening. Some days until 1 in the night while smoking in the door - so not quiet and with smoke. In addition this hotel got our booking for 1 person only and demanded 25€+tax extra per night, which for our booking with taxes for 3 nights equaled almost 100€ extra and ended up being winner of both the worst and most expensive hotel on our trip. The staff was trying to be very friendly about it though and we had to pay the extra 100€ in cash as they didn't want to accept credit card on the extra.. Did someone say we got robbed.. but we had a train to catch and didn't want anything to do with this hotel in the future. So almost 100€ extra for basically nothing as we didn't really touch the included "breakfast". Besides that we discovered that the neighborhood probably isn't the best of Napoli - garbage all over the streets.

We had booked into another place but the owner didn't show, so we asked locals if there was anywhere close and only to good to help they showed us here and even rang them for us in advance.
When we got here the place was buzzing as it is attached to a restaurant which was packed too, we got into our room which was lovely light and modern with 2 beds as I'm travelling with my dad..shower has an amazing big head, we had dinner here later on that night and it was beautiful, really good.
Breakfast was included and was good, you are able to leave your baggage if you want to still do a bit of site seeing after you check out.

The rooms are fine, but no wifi in rooms and breakfast is bad. The price is still interesting.

Really friendly and accommodating staff, ready to help at all times. Good breakfast; wi fi on the first floor (free), poor signal on other floors and in adjoining rooms. Rooms are nicely decorated and the hotel is in a quiet section of a busy area, so you get the vibe without too much noise.
