  Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The hotel buildings are gorgeous, tiered in multiple levels on the hillside. Staff are friendly and super helpful. However, there were a few issues with the hotel. The beds and pillows in the rooms are rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable - after three nights we were both suffering back spasms. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly inefficient, leaving the room hot and stuffy. And the coffee served at breakfast was atrocious. It tasted like the cheapest instant coffee and was virtually undrinkable. So all round a lovely hotel let down by problems that are easily fixed.

  Ruhig gelegenes Hotel im kleinen Bergdörfchen San Pantaleo. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet verfügt über eine schöne Auswahl. Ein kleiner Pool mit Sicht in die Wälder ist vorhanden. Das Restaurant bleibt bis auf weiteres geschlossen. Im Dorf gibt es aber eine gute Auswahl. Ein nicht allzu schnelles WiFi ist nur im Rezeptionsbereich vorhanden.

  Leider konnten wird die Vorzüge dieses schönen Hotels nicht geniessen, da das Restaurant wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen war(?!) Schlechte Planung (Ende Oktober schließt das Hotel sowieso, warum nicht dann die Bauarbeiten starten) Die Auskunft der Mitarbeiter war sehr schleppend. Der Pool wurde nur nach unserer Aufforderung gereinigt.(Wir hatten vor der Buchung nachgefragt ob der Pool offen und nutzbar ist) Das Frühstück war eine einzige Katastrophe und eines **** Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Beispiel -> kaltes Rüherei, kein lokaler Käse oder Wurst, trockener Kuchen usw. (geringe Auswahl in Buffetform) Wir haben das Hotel nach ein paar Tagen verlassen, nachdem uns unser Reiseveranstalter ein anderes Hotel besorgt hat. Fazit -> nicht empfehlenswert
