Good clean hotel large rooms excellent breakfast hot food on offer staff very friendly nothing too much trouble,one evening a member of the bar staff (Federico) went to Collechio to get us some pizzas when his shift had finished because most places in town had shut for the evening and wouldn't take any form of payment for it,also one morning Alexei drove us to Collechio when we asked how to get there -that's what you call service!- A very friendly and cosy place to stay we were made very welcome and will be returning soon. Keep wearing my S.A.S. badge Alexei!.

Loved this hotel! The breakfast was amazing! The staff (all except one older man who worked the front desk) were so accommodating and made my family and name feel at home. I highly recommend going down to the bar lobby while there after putting the kids to bed and meeting other travelers. The dinner recommendations were superb. The manager told us which best restaurants were open each night and the best one was w/i walking distance. Best homemade ravioli so in Italy and we traveled all around italy for 7 weeks. Be sure to try the coltello and misto de salami. Take a tour of the local Parma and parmagiano cheese factories.
