The rooms are okay and the service is good, but the shower was very small and we barely had Wi-Fi reception in the room

Absolutely incomprehensible where five stars, I would not give two.
The average level of service and terrible technical maintenance.
The hotel has long and badly needs major repairs.
Internet for five euros per day !!! Where else is there?
Good only location and breakfast above average.

We had a family room for four, which was modern and clean, but quite small. Staff was helpful and spoke English well. Internet costs extra, is per device and pretty lousy.

Very nicely renovated with a fresh look. Staff are wonderful, very friendly. Great breakfast options. Only downside is they don't have an iron to borrow and their WiFi is terrible. You also have to pay for it. Otherwise I'm really enjoying my stay.

Great location, room was nice and modern, staff were helpful and the breakfast provided was better then expected. Came here on the last leg of travelling around Italy. We hadn't booked this hotel our travel agent had and we were expecting it to be horrible due to the online reviews but it was much better then expected. Maybe other rooms were bad but room 204 was nice and had a nice view of a local park right out our window. Bed was a bit hard but better then some beds we have stayed in over this trip. At least it was a full mattress not a split one like most hotels in Italy.

Great location but our room had mould in shower on roof, buffet breakfast not great selection of savory items just lots of sweet things
