Overall it is a good hotel! Pro: great spot, it is at 10-15 mins walking distance from the city centre. Very close to public transportation. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and great view from the breakfast area. CON: the room we got was extremely small.

Old style hotel, not maintained since long time, cleaning is done very fast and not good, old furniture, rust everywhere, hair lost in the bathroom, it does need a deep clean to make this hotel of 4 real stars. Breakfast with industrial food, not a high quality, very bad orange juice, cold eggs.
Close to all touristic stuff, walking 10-20 minutes you can visit everything, 45 minutes to Vatican, 20 minutes walking to Termini. Bus station is close.
Old invoicing style. Take American Express.
If I would have to visit in advance the hotel, I would not reserve it.

Best thing about the hotel is location. It's walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms are a little small, but adequate for staying in.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance from a lot of attractions. That's about it. The hotel itself is a bit hard to find, drove past it a few times. It's a bit run down and does not look inviting. The rooms are not appealing, they are very outdated and do not seem clean. The room had a weird odor and the bathroom was worse. The TV was very microscopic, seemed like 21" TV, my PC monitor is bigger. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin. The included breakfast was medicine. Not a pleasent experience with this hotel.

No 100% accessibility but staff go out of way to make life as easy as possible. Room rather small but clean. Minibar but no glasses. No complimentary water nor tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom tired, plumbing antiquated, supply of hot water variable. Continental breakfast good and supplemented by scrambled eggs, sausage and streaky bacon pieces, though these "hot" items were not kept warm on the display. Hotel in a quiet position. Would probably come again.
