Bit the bullet here. It is very expensive but you do expect that form a designer brand. The staff is polite and helpful. The service was exceptional. Alessandro Michele's new floral designs are just amazing!

I wish There was an option for negative stars. First of all they wouldn't let me in the store because it was "too busy" there wasn't a single soul in the store other than the cashier and the lady who told me to leave. Second of all she told me it was "too busy" before I could even step foot into the door. Third of all, I'm almost positive it was because I didn't look wealthy enough to EVEN ENTER IT? I could never even imagine purchasing or supporting this store or company if this is how they treat there costomers. If your planning to go buy a product of Gucci please don't go here! 😡😡😡

I was given incorrect VAT Tax Refund information upon checkout at Gucci in Florence Italy. Don't listen to what they tell you, read the VAT material before you leave the country. No EU Stamp means NO REFUND. I even asked the salesman 3 times about the process. He told me if I wanted a Euro credit I go to the counter at the airport, if I wanted a credit card refund I was to just mail in the form. What I found out upon returning to the USA was you still need to see an agent at the EU Counter to get your receipt stamped! Now I am out $115!!! And I can't return the bag, exchange only.
