  Very small rooms and guest elevators. Very lacking in room amentities. Breakfast spread miserable, hard and cold. Will not be back.will not recommend to others

  Terrible! Horrible!
  Just 2 elevators and terrible attention to the clients. Never coming back there again. Fatal internet and it is charged. Not recommended at all .

  GD hotel outlook very old but modern inside
  Room was nice n modern
  Restaurant area very huge can fit lot of customers at the same time
  Restaurant staff good attitudes
  Front desk service staff was very helpful
  Environment was GD for the whole hotel n restaurant

  Location was kinda bad, acceptable anyways, service was pretty good. The room was fine until we saw the air conditionate in a horrible state (was totally dirty) we asked for it to be cleaned up and they ignored us. Hotel itself was old, but they tried to remodel it so it better.

  I went to the hotel a lot of times for business reasons so I've never had the pleasure to visit the rooms. It's mainly a business hotel, nothing too fancy to say the truth, but the meeting rooms rent service is simply perfect. Beautiful and comfortable lounge, awesome staff. The hotel owns a restaurant immediately next to it (you dont have to leave the hotel to eat in it), which serves a different variety of Italian food, everything I tried was pretty good, with prices within the Florence standards. They also have a parking service that we can use for free while attending the business events. I don't know if it works the same for overnight stays and standard room service. Overall it's a good one.

  First of all the rooms were awfull. The beds were uncomfortable with a mattress that is used on sunbeds and some covers from IKEA (?) The cheap one. The reception was rude and they didn't talk English at all. Wifi wasn't free you had to pay 2 euro per device. And it was just for 24 hours (they advertise it as a "free" wifi. The breakfast wasn't good at all. Small quantity and a small variety.
  In total I am not suggesting to visit this hotel it was not good at all. If I had the option I would rate it with zero (0) stars.

  Very bad services. Lift very small and dirty. Room also and smell very bad. Shower very small.
  And waiters very no polite. Breakfast very bad. No recommended. Bad bad bad bad bad.

  Not recommended. Room not clean. Bed sheets felt like it was not changed at all. dirty floor. Excellent choices for breakfast.

  The reception lady needs to go charm school the worst attitude I have seen and I've stayed in a lot of hotels would be nice place if she was not there
