Leading company for the automation of cash register systems in the catering and retail sector. Excellent knowledge and technical preparation on products. Personally HIGHLY qualified. SERIES A in Bologna and its province

Bad assistance, recorder costs. I paid 3000 euros, then it tells me that I have to pay another cost for the installation, and then it says again that the cost does not include the printer labeller, otherwise it blocks the system. Then the cost of assistance costs more than 1000 euros a year, they only ask for money, on the other hand it costs only 300 euros. I replaced the supplier and the recorder with another supplier right away in the second year. Representation speaks one thing and then it's not true. Then the technician and assistance always keeps the customer waiting. Still it's one of the worst cash register service provider I've seen.

The operating systems are serious and valid but assistance in case of need is scarce and waiting times from the moment of the call are at least 3 weeks. Unfortunately the weak point is just assistance. You have to improve
