We just loved it. It is a lovely place owned and well maintained by its owner Simonetta and Luca. Everything was super clean ( rooms, kitchen, pool area etc) We felt extremely welcomed (2 large dogs and a baby). The place offer pure tranquility within the Chianti hills. For breakfast or self cooked dinner (in the apartment or the shared kitchen) Simonetta and Luca have set up several places that allow privacy even when in a B&B. You can also use a fridge to cool drinks or other edibles. It’s perfect for dog owners as they can be walked along the unpaved road or into a path into the woods.

The unpaved road up to the B&B is cool to drive, yet here and there a bit steep but manageable without a 4x4.

We just loved it and Le Cetinelle is for sure on our list for another trip to Tuscany.

If you consider a stay in the Chianti region that’s a very good place to stay

I don't often write reviews but I would like to say here are very, very caring hosts and a sense of relaxation in the apartments! If you want to relax in Greve, great recommendations!

My husband and I stayed there a couple of weeks ago. There is about 4 km of unpaved road, but not a problem if you drive slowly. Our room was spacious, clean, very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Simonetta and her husband are very friendly and make guests feel at home. She gave us a map with very good suggestions for visiting other places in the region. This place is magical and the view is spectacular! The only bad thing was that some guests think they are alone and do not moderate the noise. It is a behavioral problem, not a problem of the property or its owners! This place is 100% recommended, it was really worth it!

We have been at Le Centinelle in August for one night. It was such a beautiful place with an amazing view. The bedroom was very good. The breakfast was nice with the possibilities to eat outside to enjoy the view of the vineyard and olive trees.

A wonderful retreat away from it all. The location is beautiful, the gardens and pool area so beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and the service was very friendly. I've stayed in a number of agriturismi and this really is a special place. The rooms and nice and comfortable and the shower was good. We had our little dog and they were very dog friendly and she was allowed to roam about which was a huge plus for us. The countryside around is really beautiful with vineyards and olive trees. It's a bit of a drive up a track road for 10-15 minutes which really adds to it's secluded and special location- no road noise, only birds singing to wake you! I'm missing it already and I'd highly recommend it.
