From booking to leaving 1st class service. Booking was easy, English speaking understood and went over and beyond.
Arrived at the airport, driver was waiting in a very clean cool limousine and a love gentlemen.
Arrived at the entrance of the gated hotel, every impressive.
Grounds looked amazing, kept immaculately.
Arrived at reception and was greeted with a smile and was introduced and acknowledged.
Lift took us to the second floor, everything was clean and shinning.
Room was clean and gleaming, fridge fully equipped.
This hotel is a classic design, full of character and charm. If you want modern and loud this is not for you, but if you want to go back in time and to be waited on and you want a relaxed quiet hotel this is one you must visit.
Breakfast is lovely full of choice, the coffee is so special you will never forget the first cup; I can say I'm 46 years of age and todate this is the best coffee I have ever had. Out of our 26 family and friends they all agreed the coffee is very special.
Lunch by the pool is excellent and great value for money.
The pool for the size for the hotel would put bigger hotels to shame. (Down side, it was a little cloudy when we were leaving; they need to update the cleaning process)
All staff were a real credit to the hotel, lovely and courteous.
Bar at night you need to request if you are coming back late, very accommodating to our requests.
Summary if you want a very special place, this is the place to stay; value for money not cheap but you get what you pay for.
Thanks to all the staff we had a fantastic stay and we will return.

Had a Holiday in Rome for 5 days. After 3 very hot days we really want to swim so we found this hotel with public pool.

Amazing panoramic view of Rome on the terrace at well as from the dining room. Excellent quality of food (missed breakfast very much when I left), and vibrant staff near the pool. Excellently priced for a hotel in one of the most popular capital cities.

Great hotel, excellently priced. Well maintained with beautiful garden and very nice pool area. Rooms were excellent, great breakfast with views towards the Vatican. Staff were very helpful and its got easy access to the City Centre and Vatican by bus once you master the local services. Download the app if i were you and buy your tickets in advance, much easier. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and would stay there again.

This hotel was beautiful and reasonably priced. In an elevated position you can see right across Rome, particularly Vatican City, which is about a 20-30 minute walk. The breakfast room on the 4th floor offered a lovely buffet breakfast as well as incredible views. The bus stops right outside the hotel, although we used a taxi a couple of times or walked. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially when we sadly lost our phone (used only for photos). I would definitely return and have already recommended it to a couple of people. A wonderful trip, never to be forgotten.

Very nice renovation and the outdoor garden. A beautiful view from the restaurant on the fourth floor good part of Rome, and also with so many trees that give a relaxing atmosphere during the day and romantic at the sunset. An ideal location for matrrimoni and parties.

Great customer service, staff are so willing to help.
Clean rooms that have an element of rustic grandeur! They are maybe slightly old fashioned but that gives a real beauty to the hotel.

I've been in this hotel two times and I have to say that the rooms are not the biggest but pretty and if you are in the city every day like me, then the size doesn't matter. The bath has a jetted tub and if you want to cool off there is a pool outside (open in summer). The breakfast is international and the nice staff members help where they can. There is free wifi for guests and you can go into the bar and drink tea whenever you want (24/7).
