Lovely to look at from the outside but dated on the inside. In need of a refurb. Restaurant expensive too for the small amount of food you receive. It's good quality but there just isn't enough.

I originally was staying here for 4 nights but extended it to 6 nights. The staff was amazing and the hotel was very welcoming and comfortable. The views from the restaurant at the top are stunning. They made having breakfast a real treat. The private beach via boat made for some relaxing afternoons.
I would definitely stay there again. Ortigia is a great part of town to stay in.

Quirky hotel. Enjoyed the room, although it was a little dated. But the location, the view and the breakfast can't be beaten. Also went to their beach today on the boat. Really recommend it. It was lovely.

Great location. Lovely food in the restaurant with a stunning view from the rooftop restaurant. Wide choice of food at breakfast. Attentive and helpful staff. Spacious bedrooms on two levels.

The Room had two floors, with the bed upstairs, which showed impractical, as you could not just relax on it. On one side of the bed was no drawer or something else to put things on. A problem was fresh air, the AC was too loud and the outside, too. The location is very central. The staff was very helpful, the rooms are clean, good toffee.
The praised snack bar was not existing at all. A problem is the, recognised rich, breakfast. Nothing tasted exceptionally or even good. But the worst is the so called coffee. The only aroma was that of chlorine, the taste was the same. I cannot remember such broth for 30 years, perhaps in the Eastern block. The second day we ordered espresso, which was a little bit better. My wife noticed the awful plastic flowers in the restaurant.

Great location, room 118 duplex on two floors, very spacious and quite.

Great building, great service and location. Spacious rooms, private beach access (by boat) but the room itself is extremely noisy. Not only you can hear the preparations ongoing at the Restaurant above, you can also hear the people outside.
