Great hotel with kind of “dublex rooms”, upstairs bedroom and downstairs a large shower/bathroom. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, good breakfast buffet for Italian standards and in a fairly central location. Not cheap, but certainly to be recommended with a very reasonable price for quality.

Very good hotel. Customer service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and stylish. Continental breakfast with pastries, fruit, nice cheeses, and good bread.

Excellent castle enterior, and also the breakfast was premium quality, as anything at this hotel. Silent big rooms, super comfortable bad.

Great hotel with historic castle feeling. The rooms are literally two story high and the amenities are excellent. Two things that were somehow disappointing: the breakfast is subpar with every four and five star hotel we visited in Italy, and there is a certain lack of lively atmosphere all around. It could be that we visited outside the season, but everything felt lifeless from the number of people working to their lack of the usual Italian warmth!

What a wonderful hotel! Everything is perfect here. The staff is very qualified and the breakfast is great. The only pain point would be the location a bit far from the city center which can't be accessed by car due to the ZLT, it would be great if the hotel proposed bikes to rent
