  Amazing taste, wine list, staff and all that remains! Wine book was 2 cm thick and the sommelier seemed to know every line of it! I still can taste that outstanding lamb and petit fours!

  Traditional degustation is spot on. Veal tongue was a highlight, as was the lamb rack. Trust the somalier advice on wines. Another bulls eye.

  Cena meravigliosa, la cucina della chef é fuori discussione, livello top. Un sacco di chicche (cuore di vitella, olio in spuma, salsa al pop cop corn) da provare in un ambiente moderno e raffinato!

  La cosa che colpisce entrando al Glass è la sensazione di trovarsi in un teatro. Ma non tanto per il quoziente di celebrità che lo frequenta, quanto per il livello dello spettacolo culinario.
