A beautiful and peaceful place with scenic views. An ideal location to check out when visiting Taormina.

Lovely little shaded gardens to relax in the hot sun with great views. Lots of little gems to look round as you go. Including parrots and a naval submarine!

Free park that is good to spend an hour or so in. Pretty trees and flowers, and Florence's 'bee hives', which are the fancy tree house type structures.

An island of calm in central Taormina with great views and an interesting story behind it. A nice spot for a wander on a hot afternoon. The caged parrots are a shame but seem well looked after.

A beautiful garden laid out longways on the slopes of Taoramina. Slowly decaying structures of wood and tile and brick and stone are everywhere. The whole thing is the legacy of of a Brithish aristocrat - best to read about her in the Gardens. On a sunny day this place is enchanting. Views forever and of course Mt Etna

Beautiful gardens overlooking the sea to the south of Taormina. Was a little rough around the edges but that added to the charm. They were restoring these old towers within the gardens which looked like something straight out of a fairy tale, with their stone, mud and wooden construction and their defyingly tall and sprawling design.

This is a lovely spot to explore on a warm sunny day, it offers you a great place to go for a romantic stroll or find a cool and quite place to sit down and relax. It's something most people struggle to find but are happy with they do, I would suggest 60-90 minutes is a good amount of time required to see the gardens and enjoy the amazing view.
The gardens are very well maintained that offers a perfect break from the chaos of the tourists hustle and bustle of the old town. It's certainly somewhere I would recommend you visiting if you have a chance.response / report this review
