Friendly staff, great chefs, terrific swimming pool and unique furniture .Beds lovely. Great view from window of 221. Had a lovely 2 weeks here. Local bus to take you into Catania only cost 3.8 euros return. Catania is a lovely city with so much to explore.

This is definitely one of the cutest hotels I've ever stayed at. It has its magic and its very quiet. The restaurant is great and the pool is lovely. The staff is very helpful and nice, especially the young waiter Jino and Carlo from the reception.
The wifi is a bit unstable on the second floor, but very good at the pool area and restaurant.
Since the hotel is located near the highway it is very easy to explore the island from it by carresponse / report this review -

A bit on the oldish side but it serves its purpose. Wifi is more of a miss than a hit unless you go out in the corridor. Good location close to the highway. Good variety of food for breakfast. A bit dead in certain aspects. Nobody next to the pool or even manning the pool bars. Pool was filthy. Pigeons and other birds were having the time of their life in it so much for keeping the pool chlorinated! Won't be seeing us again

Ampi parcheggi. Dislocazione ottima x le vie verso montagna e verso città . L'igiene è assicurato.

Dopo una assenza di un paio di anni dalla Sicilia, sono tornato al Garden Hotel, oramai da tempo il mio riferimento per il soggiorno a Catania.
Come sempre sono stato accolto con la abituale cortesia e disponibilità .
Il Garden Hotel è situato a breve distanza da Catania, a San Giovanni La Punta, in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa, con anche numerose piante grasse presenti all'interno della proprietà .
Per chi soggiorna con l'auto è disponibile un ampio posteggio ed alla sera la proprietà viene chiusa sul lato strada con il cancello.
Le camere, anche quelle singole, sono sufficientemente ampie e confortevoli, come anche i bagni, dove si trovano a disposizione degli ospiti shampoo, saponette, lametta e schiuma per la barba, spazzolino e dentifricio, ciabattine da camera.
Anche i letti delle camere singole sono più che confortevoli, perché si tratta di letti ad una piazza e mezza.
Nelle Tv delle camere sono presenti anche i canali Sky.
Anche se personalmente in Sicilia preferisco la colazione con brioche e granita che il più delle volte consumo fuori, in Hotel la scelta è tra numerose torte, dolci, yogurt, prosciutto, formaggio, oltre alle bevande fredde e calde.
Anche gli spazi comuni dell'Hotel sono sufficientemente ampi e confortevoli.
Per chi poi è patito di piscina, ne è presente una all'aperto.
Il Garden Hotel è anche Ristorante, di cui tutti parlano più che bene, ma che personalmente in tutti i miei soggiorni non ho mai avuto l'occasione di provare.
Un bravi ancora a tutto lo staff per la loro organizzazione ed un grazie particolare alla Direzione che, prima della partenza, mi ha omaggiato di un piccolo vassoietto di paste di mandorle, di cui sono ghiotto.
