It has good connectivity to the city and within. It has good customer service and overall a travel friendly airport. Have charging ports, restaurants and ample parking space.

Still one of the better airports in Europe. It got a bit more pricey over the years but you can still get an espresso for one euro. Staff is friendly but the airport is a bit disorganized. The airport managed to retain his charm and character over the years and it note one of the soulless airports like Frankfurt, Amsterdam or Brussels. I enjoyed passing through again and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Easy to navigate and convenient transportation. Didn't spend enough time to have an opinion on personnel at the aeroporto.
I didn't experience any sad faces in Italy.

Leonardo Express is a funny name for such a slow train, which takes (at least) 30 minutes to cover the 18 miles from Fiumicino Airport to Rome Termini station. Fare is “first class” for 14 Euro, but this train is not first class. The ticket machines are slow and hard to use. But at least it’s a direct journey.

Clean, it has a lot of directions, u can't loose. Good meal The only problem is the big line at the passport control But this is common for big airports

Very good airport. I had the opportunity to travel from Fiumicino twice, for international and European flights. It's quite modern and clean. You can find a good full meal between 8€ and 10€.
There was some temporary problem with the server, so I had to wait a bit more at the check-in desk. But beside that, everything went well.

Ottimo aeroporto. Ho potuto viaggiare da qui due volte per voli europei e internazionali. È moderno e pulito. Si può trovare un buon pranzo completo spendendo tra gli 8€ e i 10€.
C'è stato qualche problema temporaneo con i server al banco del check in. Ma a parte questo tutto è andato bene.
