Le biglietterie automatiche sono talvolta non funzionali.

Ascensori spesso bloccati. Obliteratrici spesso spente. Le tariffe di questa stazione sono oggetto di critiche. €8 per raggiungere l'aeroporto distante 1 minuto e dunque 1 fermata, mentre è necessario acquistare un biglietto a tariffa chilometrica per raggiungere Roma. La fermata successiva è Fiera di Roma, la quale fa parte dell'anello ferroviario Metrebus con tariffa standard €1,50. Se possibile consiglio di raggiungere quest'ultima che dispone di un'ampia disponibilità di parcheggi.
