Lovely hotel. Dropped one star as we arrived at 10.35pm after 12 hours travelling and were told the bar shuts at 10.30. No offer to get us a drink at all. Room was beautiful and air conditioning. Breakfast was buffet style and good too.

Rooms nicely appointed, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast service and choices of food excellent. Recommend for single or family. We stayed 6 days and we were very comfortable.

Amazing hotel. Kind and considerate service. Very welcoming. Room was comfortable and the shower was amazing (room 109). Spa very nice as well. Big and lovely jacuzzi, hamam incredibly hot and nice dry sauna. Massages are nice. Breakfast tasty as well.
Nice lobby with cold water, pastries. They also make excellent coffee, no extra charge.
We had a late flight so after checkout they kept our luggage and let us use the shower in the gym.
Very recommended for a romantic vacation. A bit of a waste to come with kids

Awesome hotel with amazing staff. I felt welcome right when I arrived and they helped me with everything I needed. The amenities were amazing, connected to a full gym, and the location was perfect. Great recommendations on restaurants in the area and the room was amazing. Will be back.

The place is beautiful, the staff are the best. The hotel location is great and in the hart of the city. It's hard to notice the place at first but if you ask around the people well show you. Again, the hotel is the best I have booked in Europe. If I come to Florence next time, I will book it again. I really recommend this place.

Central location but on a quiet street. The staff is fantastic they make you feel so welcome and stop and about your day what they can do for you etc. It was great, felt like coming back to close friends each day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and modern with high ceilings. Great wifi. If you are a quiet sleeper ask for room on top floor since floors are wooden. Otherwise it's a gem and my preferred Firenze hotel at my next visit.

Amazing hotel with pristine attention to details. Plenty of free amenities (snacks in the evenings, complementary drinks in the room, great spa area, great patio seats). We got a Junior Suite and it was magic, worth the prize definitely!

Special mention to the complementary, 10 minute massages you can get from the lovely and amazingly skilled Patrizia (she is in a room next to where breakfast is served). Also the helpfulness of all the people from reception (ask them where to eat!).

This was the best hotel I have stayed in my life so far.
