  The staff was rude and unhelpful. They made us queue outside the shop for no obvious reason.

  Visitare il negozio alla Loggia del Porcellino è un viaggio nel fascino e nel gusto della moda maschile, nella storia incredibile della Famiglia Charini. Dall'amore per la musica testimoniato dal pianoforte all'ingresso all'angolo delle cravatte Eredi Chiarini o alla stanza riservata alle prove degli abiti sartoriali è una esperienza che riempie di emozioni.

  Have been to the shop in Florence last month, I tried a jacket which I liked but didn't buy.
  They pride themselves by their made in Toacany products ,and the people there are nice.
  
  When I got back home I called them and ordered the jacket.It arrived today ,on the store hanger and with their suit carrier .
  
  I like the shop and liked the passion they have for making artistic pieces

  Good staff and good atmosphere.
  Item selections are cool ,original products as well. If you like Italian style you have to visit this shop !
  スタッフ皆さんとても親切で、しかも好みを的確に把握して提案してくれます。アイテムに関しても東京のイタリアブランドに強いセレクトショップよりも遥かに充実しており、また日本人好みのシンプルな物が充実しています。この店に来る為にフィレンツェに立ち寄りたくなるお店です。
