Small but interesting museum, focused on the Superior Poet, well worth the entrance fee.

Not huge, exhibits are often contrived and based on hearsay. Some cool stuff, not that much about Dante, more based on the era.

Not very inspiring. All the exhibits have thick blocks of texts - some don't have english translations. It's not so much a museum devoted to Dante as one devoted to Florence's medieval history - which is fine, but fails to properly introduce the visitor to it without drowning them in names and dates without clear context (for instance, they do not explain who the Guelphs and Ghibelines are).

the Hotel in the woods. I wend there for work. But it's clearly a holiday resort.

Very popular place for tourists. It is quite secluded but is central and easy to find. Great for photos. It is one of the places to visit when in Florence.

House of Dante Alighieri converted to a museum, I believe it could be much better. The atmosphere is not so Dante reminder or something that bring you to Divine Comedy. But anyway it's a place that literature lovers should pay a visit.

One of the most important spots in Florence, the place where Dante Alighieri, the Italian language's father, was born.

Even though tickets are not expensive, it's not worth 4 euros. Not much about Dante..

Kind of disappointed, expected to of Dante's history, instead there was the city's history. Further more, almost everything is written in Italian, soo unless you don't know Italian, you won't understand much of the information.

I love the works of Dante and that was one of my must see places. But I was disappointed. They could have done it much better.
