I orderd my order 19909 on 4.8.2017, paied by bank transfer and i still haven't received by today and it is 22.8. I wrote 5 emails, I contacted them by messenger amd they aren't answering. I managed to get them by phone and they said they will sort it out, but it has been 5 days since and still nothing. I usually have good experiences with italian companies, but this one is a disaster.
Just un update: I finally got them by telephone and they shipped my order yesterday (22.8) and i recived it today. Proucts were nicely packed and genuine, original, so that is not the problem. The problem is their way of work (you have to wait and beg for your order) and the terrible customer service-they speak bad or no English at all, they don't answer emails. It's a shame as they could be a good companyresponse / report this review -

esperienza pessima! Tempi di spedizioni lunghisssssimi, per non parlare dei tempi per rendere un prodotto. Paghi oggi, se tutto va bene, potrai indossare il capo fra 1 mese. Servizio non all'altezza di una boutique.

Terrible experience with this store, company, one man show or whatever they are. I ordered a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti shoes form them which on arrival,as far as I am concerned were 100 fake. When I contacted them within 10 days via email as per the request on their website to generate a return/refund they failed to respond. I tried calling but they have an answer machine and after hearing an Italian message, the phone would then adopt a dead dial tone so you can't even speak to anyone nor leave a message. This is why I doubt very much that they are a shop. Eventually I managed to get someone on the phone which turned out to be a disaster as he could not speak a word of English and I am not Italian so I had to resort to Google translate to get my message across. I managed to get him to tell me that he would get someone who could speak English to call me so that we could discuss the refund and of course this never happened. Eventually I had to report them to Paypal and get their assistance as I paid through them. Google contacted them and informed me Deliberti responded to tell them the goods were not fake and that if I sent them back they'd refund my money. It was funny how after being reported,suddenly they now had the ability respond to defend themselves but could not communicate effectively with me to refund my money. I'd stay well away from them if I was you as I don't think they are a reputable company.

ho comprato on line delle scarpe di qualità e con ottimi prezzi. Pecca forse il sito per cercare quello che ti serve e nell'informatizzazione di ordini e resi. I ragazzi però al telefono sono efficientissimi, gentili e a disposizione per risolvere qualunque cosa. Sicuramente troveranno il modo di migliorare il sito e spero per loro anche le vendite di ottimi prodotti.
