First and last time I will go to this laboratory.
1. Upon acceptance they made me pay a service for which I was exempt and if I had not noticed, on their part, no refund would have been received;
2. I paid in advance for the antibiogram relating to urine culture and I have not been informed of the possible refund in case of negative result. I learned about it through another user and when I asked for explanations I was replied in a rude tone that I had not been communicated because I had requested the result via email.
