Just yesterday I was at this facility, for the annual renewal of the driving certificate for public transport, I found very serious and professional staff, prepared and very inclined to the human relationship with the public, always available and ready to give support and explanations, with much humility, highly recommended. If some inconvenience happens sometimes, as it also happens to me who work in the public, certainly it is not the fault of the employee, who should be appreciated and gratified, because despite the deficiencies and the bad organization coming from the top management, which means that sometimes you work in extreme conditions, they give your soul because they don't want the inconvenience to fall on the citizens and suffer from it. An applause to SIg. Nino and the Lady at the counter good job !!!

Exactly one month from then, yesterday 3 September as booked, I returned early in the morning to renew the driving certificate, at 7.10 I was already there and there were 3-4 other people in addition to the security guard. Initially it seemed that things were going badly, in the sense of waiting, but then when the employees arrived, with a few simple instructions they organized the path to follow, for the completion of the various formalities, respecting the anti-Covid measures, and start of visits by the Commission, around 9.00 I was among the first to enter and at 9.20 I was already on my way home! Thanks to the branch operators, both operative and also to the other employees in the office, to the doctors and to all those who make it possible to carry out all these tasks! Really good, courteous, professional and collaborative towards users !!!

I feel the civic duty to write a review on the ASP of Eboli where today I went to undergo a visit for the renewal of the special license at the Medical Commission. I am a resident of Potenza and here the aforementioned Commission has been suspended for a few months now. The offices of the capital directed me to Matera where unfortunately I received a treatment which to define as unprofessional is more than a little. The clerk who was supposed to give me information turned to me by getting drunk and claiming to do me a favor by explaining what I had to do. After this treatment I turned to Eboli. I found availability, kindness, humanity and above all great professionalism. All information correct and accurate and finally a visit made with attention and awareness. After a while expressions such as: please take a seat, sorry I seemed almost normal and therefore I can only thank and congratulate everyone.

Absurd, nobody ever answers the many numbers on the web. Solita. It is a shame for such a structure

Wrong place for the disabled who have to reach for the renewal of the license.
It can be a branch but Salerno need for its headquarters. We must facilitate those who already have physical difficulties.
There is no window x agencies that with the many practices they present make waiting for the disabled long, once again penalized. There are only two doors and often operates only one.
Timetables for the public are too small and above all for those who are not from Eboli, time is reduced even further. Complete absence of comfort facilities and equipment available to the user, such as photocopiers or photo machines
