  Visited this splendid monastery one evening in November 2005, following an arduous day walk in the Cilento National Park. Sadly, I was too tired to appreciate the architecture and beauty of the edifice in the twilight.must go back!

  It didn't appear in our tourist guide and we ended up there by chance but it was one of my favourite sights of the trip. Architecturally it is gorgeous and the admission ticket was really cheap. I would totally recommend it!

  Semplicemente bellissima. I chiostri, dal maggiore al più piccolo del cimitero, sono posti unici dove ritrovare anche la propria pace nella quiete della natura.
  Prezzo del biglietto irrisorio, soprattutto per ragazzi sotto i 25 anni.

  Sono stato molte volte nella Certosa di San Lorenzo, nota a tutti, semplicemente, come la Certosa di Padula.
  Un complesso monumentale straordinario, un patrimonio per l'Italia e per il mondo intero, praticamente intatta negli anni, i nuovi scavi hanno portato alla luce la versione originaria dell'ingresso.
  Le pietre tonde che sono all'interno prima che si entri nella struttura principale sono un unicum al mondo, ed il giardino interno è incantevole
  Quando si entra dentro si è pervasi da un senso di pace.
  Si torna indietro nel tempo, la storia quella con la S maiuscola è passata in queste sale, lungo questi colonnati.
  Vorremo che anche i piani superiori fossero aperti al pubblico e fossero sede naturale di eventi, una sede perfetta.
  Gode di un ampio parcheggio sufficientemente distante e vicino da rendere l'arrivo in Certosa ancora più desiderabile.
  Prendiamoci cura dei nostri monumenti, sono il meglio del nostro passato e possono essere l'inizio del nostro futuro.
