It has a shopping place at the front and the bar/restaurant at the back. What kind of a bar/cafe/restaurant has a shopping place in the front. Personally i don't like that idea. And it's expensive, cocktails start from 10 euros. Not pocket friendly.

This is a definite 'must' on your list if you are a Hard Rock Cafe fan. I have been to quite a few in my time and always compare then to the cafe in Barcelona (which I have to admit I have a bit of a soft spot for), usually I have been disappointed but Florence delivered massively. I think Barcelona is still my favourite but I'm not 100% certain on that just yet - I'm still trying to make my mind up on that This Hard Rock in Florence is a huge contender for the top spot lol.

Incredible place! Awesome atmosphere, a lot of famous guitars and things from celebrities of rock. Nice music and awesome food. Ordered special breakfast, that one was big and delicious. After that one i have not eaten whole day.

As you would expect popular and busy but no need to book a table just dont be fixed on a time. Relax have a drink browse the shop or look at the music exhibits while you wait for your table. We did all of these things and really enjoyed our visit. The food was very good especially the Tuscan specials and every single member of staff was friendly happy and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely visit here again when next in Florence

Extreamly over priced (most expensive drinks in florence). Inattentive service. Great atmosphere. Great music. Decent quality food. Spent 90€ on couple date for two rounds of shrimp (5 pieces) and 3 rounds of drinks.

The menu is all in Italian so bring your translator app if you need one. I was quite happy with the pizza I ordered but my wife had no idea she ordered a tomato pizza. She dislikes tomatoes so I ended up having to share my pizza. At the end of the meal, they gave us free dessert drinks and poured me another one as I left. The service was really good and they are baby friendly! And the pizza was phenomenal!

This is the worst place ever. Ordered 2 burgers. 1classic cheese well done. 1four cheese with bacon med rare.and mac & cheese. All turned up cold like it was something someone else didn't have. They changed it but classic was rare with bacon 4cheese well done no bacon. The waitress was a different one each time she came to the table.Considering it isn't the cheapest place very poor.and they don't seem to care at all.
