Chiuso..cambio gestione?
Non c'e' la possibilta' di dare ZERO STELLESe avete intenzione di visitare Aosta e dintorni, trovate un altro campeggio e' meglio.
Non basta avere un bel parco vicino, una bella pista ciclabile e essere vicino alla funivia per Pila.. ci vuole anche cortesia e tenere in ordine il campeggio e i bungalow.prima di affitarli andate a vederli dentro di persona.
C'e' chi ha parla del ristorante e non del campeggio

lovely camping, choppers (helicopters) coming and going from the air now and then.
One of the downsides are the showers work with coins. One coin is 15 ltr of water, yes around 15 max, because some of the machines aren't working that good anymore; very short and (max "3 minutes of hot water" of which the first minute is cold most of the time).
Shower tip; Bring along your camel-bag and fill it with warm tap water (from the sink just in front of the shower door). Gives you great pleasure for your shower experience :)response / report this review -

Camping Les Iles is a nice place to stop for one evening, but not really longer. The toilets are terrible, the site is opposite the sewage works and you have to pay extra for the showers. If you don't speak French or Italian, be prepared for a tough time, as there is limited English spoken on site. There is no wifi on site at all. So buy a 3G sim, if you're planning on staying a while.
Campsite: the campsite itself is quite nice, you're free to choose any pitch you want, and it's never full, so there are lots of choice.
Amenities: The toilets are squatter toilets (in the men's) at which campers are expected to keep clean themselves, which as you can imagine, turns into a disgusting mess. The women's toilets are normal seated toilets however. Not sure who decided men don't want them. The showers require tokens, which are 1 euro for 15L, which lasts about 3 minutes. There is a bar, which is a little expensive, but they have cheap beer in the fridge, which you can take back to your tent, and cheap pizzas in the evening. There is a washing machine, which does quick washes only, therefore not very effective, and costs 5 euros a go. All the taps run hot water, so drinking water is also hot. There is a small, shallow(ish) swimming pool, which is unheated, therefore freezing. Even when we were there, at the beginning of August, the days were as hot as can be, I could only last 10 minutes in the water. It's simply too cold. No Internet on site, or anywhere in the area, is a real let down!
The area: a 24 hypermarket is available in walking distance, which is very useful. The sewage works is right behind the hypermarket, however, sending a constant wiff downwind to the campsite. There's not much in the area without a vehicle (ours broke down), it's simply a small Italian industrial town. Not even any footpaths.
The environment: no mosquitos in the area, which is amazing! Lots of ants however, so be prepared to fight for any food you have, or bring an airtight box! The nights get very cold. At the beginning of August, the temps got down to 2 degrees, so bear that in mind, if you have summer sleeping bags. The climate is very dry, so bring plenty of moisturiser, or you'll start cracking in the dryness.response / report this review
