    Amazing atmosphere and food.
Their house wine was amazing and you can get it for a relatively low price.

Very helpful and charming staff. We were a group of seven celebrating a birthday; we had impeccable service and the food was some of the best we experienced in Firenze! Excellent vale too!

Great food at this hidden gem, away from the throngs of tourists! 2 outdoor seating areas and a cool cellar to eat in when it gets too hot out. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and unpretentous. Maurizio, our server, was a geat help with choosing a local wine. Would gladly come back here again.

Hidden, romantic gem!!! Tucked away and far from noisy streets.
    Seated right away :)
Their house red wine is the best I've had during my time in Florence (I bought two bottles to take home). We decided to try Buca Poldo on a whim for our last night and it didn't disappoint. Their Gnocchi with shrimp is to die for!!! My husband got the Home-made fettuccine with wild-boar in tomato sauce, highly recommended!!
Excellent service, and every server made sure our time with them was going well.
++Complimentary limoncello at the end of our meal was a nice treat.
Definitely a go-to for a restaurant in Florence.

The pasta was okay, servers were soso, but all the service was too- slow!!!!!
It took 40 minutes to get the dish I ordered. I understood. However, I don't understand why it took over 35 minutes after I asked bills for three times. It took another 15 minutes to bring me the change. They didnt look busy since they were just standing in front of the bar while joking and talking each other.
If it is too boring for you to spend great time in Firenze and you want to waste your time in waiting, (you cannot use your internet or wifi) then go this restaurant. I am writing this review while waiting for my change. I will never come here again.

Located in a small alley near Palazzo Vecchio, this small gem of a restaurant serves great Italian fare. I was recommended the pici (a thicker version of spaghetti) and it was delicious! Highly recommended.

When a city welcomes you, it leads you to it's secret magical places. A dull arrow leading to the restaurant does no justice to what awaits you. You walk back in time when you walk down an otherwise ignorable alley (from an upstreet HnM store) leading to the restaurant. The food and the staff makes sure that your experience parallels that of the critic from the movie Ratatouille. Their house wine is a must try out.

This place was okay. I expected a really authentic meal but it was just "meh".
Their staff though was very very kind. The guy tried to do everything he could to help.
5/5 for the staff. 3/5 for food.
