If it had been possible to give more star I would have!
A magical place on earth!!!!
The best service that I ever had and the food it wasn't food, it was something that God has put on the plates because you have been good.
I'm getting a smile on my face just thinking back on my magical lunch!

Update:
Today (171020) is my second visit, and it's still the best of the best!

Absolutely one of the top restaurants in the world! Must try once in your lifetime.. Great, tasty, innovative food on par with the most modern around, amazing staff and service, the biggest wine list I've ever seen ;)

Beyond incredible, and truly the best restaurant in the region. Each course was masterful, complex, thoughtful, and delicious, blending modern presentation with traditional influences and incorporating many ingredients sourced from their own farm. This is an experience, and if you're able to give it a shot, it will be a memorable one. Highly recommend a tour of the kitchen and wine cellar as well, which was offered by the owner and attended to by the fantastic staff.

Very upmarket restaurant. But still warm, friendly staff who were great with our 9 and 6 year old sons. Food was very complicated, but I guess it's what you'd expect from this sort of place. And some of it was really good too. Some of the prices were truly eye watering. The wine cellar was very impressive and a great end to our evening.

If you're looking for a fine dining experience, put this place on your list.

Literally the best service and almost best restaurant I've ever been to in the world. The menu is constantly evolving since they adapt it to what they can grow from their garden for the season, you get dishes like pumpkin gnocchi which was so memorable I can still taste it. The quality is there as these dishes are some of the cleanest I've ever had. Well worth the visit, they'll even show you the back of house and wine cellar which is just a little extra. Amazing meal, the good thing is if you come back a year later the entire menu will probably have changed and you'll get a whole new experience.

I cannot rave enough about the service of this restaurant. We were early so they provided us with a tour of the wine cellar which was pretty special. Tells you a bit of the history and gets one excited for what is to come for dinner.
The decor is perfect and not the usual dim lighting and decor of some other michelin star places.
Opted for the a la carte and requested recommended glasses of wine for each course. Perfectly matched. Taste and texture of all the dishes were perfect and exquisite. Squid ravioli was pretty special. The tomato soup was so well balanced. Just salivating thinking about it now. The lemon dessert is a must. We even received a tour of the kitchen. Perfect in every way. Wish I could go back.

Wonderful service. Very kind and helpful. I highly recommend to stay there at least for one night. Ask for a table outside at the restaurant. Variation of work around mozzarella, specially the soufflé and reinterpretation of the egg are creative and delicate dishes. My only reserve would be on the sommelier, I would had love taking time to learn more about the wines of the region.
