Our experience here was definitely the highlight of our trip to Italy. The most incredible setting with amazing views we were pleasantly surprised each morning with our incredible view. The resort staff were extremely friendly always happy to help. We stayed in one of their villas 5 minutes walk up the path. It was absolutely stunning beautifully decorated in black and white. The room lead onto a beautifully planted white terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. The rumour service each day with new towels. It was a pleasure staying there. The breakfast each morning was amazing. A lovely spread for any culture including lots of cakes Italian style. They would also cook eggs to order. And of course the coffee was amazing.

I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone wanting to enjoy the spa and have a lovely relaxing time.

Not millennial friendly!! While the Miramar is clean, nice, and has great views and amenities- its service and organization fails to live up to a 4 star resort on the sea. For example, there is no elevator to the Superior double room with balcony and sea view we booked which is 80 steps up with 4 pieces of luggage - which we didn't need to carry but we did see other guests doing it. The wifi in the hotel does not reach the rooms, and the walls are so thin that one can hear the neighbor watch tv and sneeze. I guess it's because most of the guests are 3 times my age and only want newspapers and magazines. The room is very small and difficult to believe it's a superior room. Also the shower door was missing and they replaced it with a flimsy curtain! The water temperature suddenly drops to cold and warm. The waiters are novice, we went to dinner and they sat us in the corner because we said that we didn't have a reservation, yet only after we said that no one told us that we were supposed to make a reservation he asked us our room number and took us to our table, which was reserved with our room number. The food is not Italian standard as it's over cooked and bland and the organization here also failed as there were not scrambled eggs for at least 10 minutes after requesting them at breakfast. I had to send my lamb back twice because the chef couldn't get it well done on the first and second try. If you're used to traveling business class, know that the airplane food is better than what they have at this hotel which seems to be using freezers and serving old food. They call it a boutique hotel, but it is really a charter hotel resort in disguise with wristbands and and an all-inclusive vibe at outrageous prices. I can understand because there are mostly Germans coming here and there is a lot of frustration because the Germans do not know how to tip so the waiters are already very indiscriminately resentful. I had gone to the pool and in the room it said that guests are not allowed to wear bathrobes outside and that we can get them at the pools, when I asked for the robe at the pool, they said that they don't have them and barely gave me my towels. I don't know which organization issued the 4 stars, but by American standards it's hardly new and yes it's the end of the season but in a classy establishment it really shouldn't matter as good service should be year round. All these things add up and for 480 EUR a night, a certain amount of class and elegance is expected, not stress feeling like you're being robbed while annoying the help. Hotel hospitality is an art and you should get the vibe that you want to be served and not that you are an inconvenience. The barkeep was the only person who seemed to know how to keep a 4 Star hotel. I am suggesting that the stars be reviewed and possibly revoked to not mislead travelers who like luxury hotels. I write this as a warning to the likeminded traveler. The worst part is that they didn't even ask how our stay was at checkout which ironically had a TUI representative nearby.

Siamo clienti di questo hotel da diversi anni, innumerevoli i pregi e qualche difetto è particolare che potrebbe dovrebbe essere migliorato ma chi é senza peccato scagli la prima pietra! Ottimo Ristorante con servizio attento ed elegante, così come al salone del Bar dove il preparatissimo Barista Gennaro saprà sempre rendere lieti piccoli momenti in terrazza scanditi dal rumore del Mare e da lievi note di sottofondo musicale!
