  La struttura è bella non c'è che dire ma manca completamente la cura nel tenerla e nell'accoglienza del cliente. La cucina fa letteralmente pena. Non è possibile andare in Sicilia e dover mangiare pesce surgelato. Sono anche poco capaci sia nel cucinarlo sia nel presentarlo. Al secondo giorno ci siamo lamentati e le cose sono solo all'apparenza migliorate. Eravamo non i clienti che devono essere seguiti ma gli st*** che si sono lamentati. La struttura poi è posizionata nel nulla e se non hai la macchina sei finito

  Struttura ben curata, le stanze si trovano in edifici disgiunti, per cui sono molto silenziose. Stanza grande e pulita, ben arredata e dotata di finestre. Il bagno ci ha stupiti perché dotato di doccia jacuzzi con getti idromassaggio. La colazione molto buona e abbondante (buffet ricco di dolci e torte di vario genere, oltre alle classiche monoporzioni di fette biscottate, nutella, ecc..) e che include il salato.
  La spa molto curata e pulita.
  Consiglio vivamente quest'hotel, anche per un weekend romantico.

  The rooms in the hotel are very large, comfortable and well-furnished. The restaurant serves excellent food; breakfast was also top-notch, with a wide selection of cakes and sweets. The staff, and the manager himself, were always helpful and pleasant. The location is a bit out of the way, but this also makes for very silent and restful nights, away from the noise of more crowded locations.

  Consigliatissimo. Tanto verde , camere bellissime e ben curate nei dettagli. Personale gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile alle esigenze dei propri ospiti.

  Centro benessere di alti livelli, grande piscina interna ed esterna. Camere confortevoli e pulite, parcheggio interno e soprattutto il cibo ragusano è sublime.

  Ho trascorso un intero pomeriggio in questa struttura, la spa non mi ha regalato particolari emozione, bella la sauna mediocre l'idromassaggio, tisane e acqua minerale offerta di primo prezzo;
  la cena di scarsa quantità e mediocre qualità (non la consigli assolutamente), in fine il personale tutto dai modi non proprio di classe.
  in fine, non penso di ritornare più in questa struttura. NON LA CONSIGLIO

  THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY BREAKFAST IS NOT GOOD THE RESTURANT VERY EXPANSIVE AND NO GOOD NEVER IN MY LIFE I GO THERE THE ONLY GOOD THING THEY HAVE IS THE POOL
