The service is great but the accommodations do not live up to the Best Western brand. The hardest bed I slept on in 2.5 weeks in Italy, and the shower was also rhe smallest I used in all of Italy. You can stand in it but you can't bend or reach anything else on your body it's so tight. It's in a residential area so there were a lot of barking dogs, and few places to eat in the off season (November. I won't stay here again.

The Best Western Riviera was exactly what we needed, when we needed it. The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed being so close to the sea. The airport shuttle was reasonably priced and extremely convenient.

BW Riviera is a lovely three star plus hotel 15 minutes from the Rome airport and a 5 minute walk to the beach--so perfect! Many restaurants are in the area with delicious local seafood and reasonable prices. The staff was especially attentive, the rooms clean and comfortable with a great breakfast for just 3 euros. The terraces that surround the hotel are divine and overlook the Mediterranean in most spots. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed staying at the Best Western Hotel Riviera before we flew out from Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is well located near the beach and many great restaurants. They have a nice continental breakfast. There is a market close by to pick up beer and wine. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Stayed here for one night before our flight out the next day. Staff is really friendly and hotel is clean and comfortable. The best part is the beach that's two minutes away and plenty of great restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Shuttle service is excellent as well. Only downside is the ice cold shower, great after a day on the beach but pretty rough first thing in the morning.

Stayed here since close to airport. You have to pay for shuttle. Place was nice enough. Breakfast a good typical Italian breakfast. A block from beach. We were told there was alot of restaurants on beach but only found a few and the people were rude. Bed so uncomfortable I was awake all night which sucks when the next day your flying all day

I would have given 4.5 stars but for the state of the road between the hotel and the beach. Everything else was excellent. A couple of very comfortable days, the shuttles helped.

Small but comfortable, clean and quiet. Close proximity to Ocean. Hotel has regular shuttle service to and from the airport. 7 Euros p/p each way as of 2016-October. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.
