  Wow, wow, wow. A huge basilica (may be the tallest in Rome) that stands in a spacious and somewhat less crowded square. There are some great artwork inside and the colour of the ceiling is lovely!

  Christo della Minerva, or Christ the Redeemer, was commissioned in 1514 by Vari to Michelangelo. A black vein was discovered in the marble of the 1st version; finished by apprentices Urbano & Frizzi.
