  Although only a few km from Airport we drove about 25 km to find it. Not hotels fault. We are diamond club members and staff did not understand some of the perks that we are allowed. Quick phone calls and staff thanked us for learning something new.
  Rooms are small by Canadian standards but bed very comfortable, dinner was great and the 1 Euro breakfast was incredible value and lots of choices. We would recommend La Baia.

  Everything was good except for the WiFi connection, but it was so bad I could not recommend it to anyone. It is the worst WiFi I have ever tried to use.

  Staff at reception is awful. They forgot to give the beach ticket and reprimand us not taking it. How would we know there suppose to be a ticket for beach. They also get angry so easily.(god sakes) if you ask for reservation confirmation twice You're done my friend. If you are a beatiful girl go and have a coffee at the restaurant 3rd floor. waiters are so gentle and good-humored. A quick room cleaning result was a dusty, smelly room. Bed and pillows were ok so comfortable. But againist I'm so sorry for the money I paid for Best Western Hotel La Baia.

  I have spent 7 nights here and it was great. The food, the personal, the room, place and atmosphere were perfect. I strongly recommend! ☺

  Their roof restaurant was very good, wine and food both with reasonable prices for what you were getting. Room clean but ordinary. Staff was superb. A 3am call was on time with a cab waiting to take us to the airport. Location in a nice neighborhood and a short walk to the sea where there are some nice shops and restaurants for lunch or dinner.

  I spent few hours at LA Baia Palace hotel, for a meeting. The room of the event is good and clean and also bathroom is unexceptionable.

  The location is in the very chill suburb of Palese. Wonderful residential area, easy acces to the center of Bari via trains and metro. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big and the staff is very helpful
