  I was unfortunate to not have stayed longer in this wonderful B&B. I was warmly welcomed and location is excellent (being very close to the port and railway station and restaurants and shops), the apartment is very nice and the room was also excellent, very comfortable, clean and equipped with A/C. The internet access was easy, functional and free. Benilde was a great host and offers a great value for anyone looking to stay in the Civitavecchia area.

  It is a short walk to the cruise port, the main shopping area, the railway station and the beautiful waterfront promenade. B&B Piazza Fratti is near everything! There are several restaurants and pizzerias right in the square where the B&B is located. So, you don't have to go far for dinner.
  
  If you are in Civitavecchia to take a cruise, this is the perfect spot to spend the night before the cruise. The price is very affordable and you can't beat the location. The place is always clean and equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi.
  Comfortable and nice place to stay that I can strongly recommend.
