Such a lovely hotel off the beaten track. Quiet and great facilities. Helpful staff and a great shuttle bus into both anacapri and Capri. Don't hesitate to book here.

I found this hotel OK to start with.
The room was over perfumed and there is a lot of noise created by the bathroom use in other rooms. We were in room 31.
The hotel is a little out of the way and dangerous walk from anacapri town centre.
They do offer a great shuttle service though. The pool area is also nice.
This is a new built hotel so charm is not what you are going get here.
The main reason I have given this hotel a poor rating is based on an issue regarding the use of a laundry service. I asked for a bag of washing to be done. There was no advice of a per piece charge or any flag waived by the hotel manager. I was only asked if I wanted to count the pieces and thought that this was to ensure that nothing went missing. At checkout I received a bill for 338 euros for washing 1 bag of washing.
It may be naive of me however I feel that a caring business would have intercepted this as an issue.
Thus why I will only give the hotel a rating of 1.response / report this review
