Lieu très charmant au bord du lac d'Orta et en plein coeur de la vieille ville. Service excellent. Seul bémol, la chambre pas forcément bien isolée et donc pas mal de bruit venant de l'extérieur de l'hôtel.

The hotel is nice, clean and well-positioned, with friendly service. The dining room has pleasant views over the lake. The dinner we had was reasonably priced (€16 pp for 3 courses) but mediocre in quality. The pastas were fine and abundant. The trout fillet was quite small, the vegetables bland and slightly overcooked, the roast potatoes frozen, not fresh. The bread was stale, and the desserts are not homemade.
