Beautiful place with a nice swimming pool. The pizza is so good

There was a dead baby lizard in the bed. It was right in the middle of the bed. And when I had to call the hotel 4 times and email them three times to retrieve a charger I left behind. They then made me pay 20 euros to have it sent back to me. Very unpleasant experience.

Place with an amazing potential but the staff is not welcoming,
The swimming pool was open only between 9:00 and 18:00. Just when we are not in the hotel so frustrating.
No elevator to access second and third floor. And no help from staff with the heavy luggage!
Room are clean however, and with a lot of space.response / report this review -

Perfect! The room is very confortable, and the service quick and gentle. They do a very good pizza, and the brackfast is homemade. I'll gladly come back.

Very close to the tangenziale, but cannot hear it from the hotel. Rooms are of a good size but fittings and bed are a bit sparse. No tennis racquets to hire despite courts so bring your own! Staff are rather standoffish. Not a bad value hotel well placed to visit Pozzuoli but nothing special.
