Very nice and clean room, at the reception the ppl speak proper English and are very helpful the pool area is very cozy.unfortunately no public transportation nearby. A big shopping center is in walking distance with a huge supermarket open until 21.00 o'clock.. Best deal for a low price

Great, cosy and excellent hospitality. The staff is great and very helpfull in every way. The rooms is very nice and newly renovated and have all the needs for the stay. There is a little noise from the road but it cannot be heard from the rooms when doors and windows are closed.
It's a little way from the city, but the local area provides what's needed.
All i all a great hotel. Thumps up and thanks for this time :)

Great value for money, great location if you have a car and easy to find, only 3 mins to the local mall with everything from an Auchan, McDonalds, and Pizza restaurants. The new rooms here are fantastic, done to a very high standard. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Room nicely air conditioned too. Breakfast offering is good considering the room cost. Loads of Italian TV channels to choose from and a comfy bed. Can't fault it! :)

The only thing I would change is the busy roundabout in front of the hotel but is located 3 minutes from the mall and 40 minutes from downtown. If you are driving every day at least you can sleep without the worries of your car been broken into.
The staff is great and helpful. DOGS are allowed with notification and is really crean. Grateful for the service.

Einfaches Hotel, renovierte Zimmer, Auswahl beim Frühstück schlecht (nur Croissants und Kuchen), Putzfrau räumt die Sachen der Gäste einfach woanders hin, keine Nichtraucher Zimmer

L'Hotel Smeraldo è stata una piacevolissima scoperta, trovato grazie a Booking, si è rivelato subito un validissimo punto di riferimento per soste nelle vicinanze di Napoli. Il personale è estremamente disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta, le camere sono sempre pulite, i servizi igienici funzionano bene, le docce sono molto ampie e comode, la piscina è adeguata alla struttura, la colazione davvero abbondante.
La vicinanza dell'Hotel ad un ampio Parco Commerciale comprensivo di Auchan, Decathlon, ecc nonché l'essere a 25 minuti da Napoli, fanno di questa struttura un validissimo punto di riferimento per visitare la Campania e soggiornare con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
