It's a medium hotel. The rooms, are medium class

I paid a reservation at the beggining of June for 2 nights. When i arrive last week to Costa Serena i didnt have a room (already paid). They give me a bad reason for that (they didnt report nothing to booking) and send me to a very poor hotel at 15km south. I refuse to go and request the refund of my.money and they refuse to give me. So no room and no money. Dont trust this company as they have a great lack of professionalism.

Price not adequate for quality, really old furnitures, kitchen equipment.Do not suggest photos from the web, it really looks different. Stench in toilet, horrible prices in hotel "restaurant". Pros: pool, staff, localisation.
