Loved staying here. The food is delicious and the rooms so cosy. Lots of hikes close by and the thermal baths as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Definitely the best accommodation we had in Iceland. Reception is helpful and friendly. The room was amazing! Clean and Cozy!
Breakfast is great! Have fresh milk and can see their cows too.
And we've seen northern lights here!

Our cabin was small, but clean and had everything we need. Breakfast is amazing.

Loved this place! The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was great, so fresh and their milk and mozarella are so good.

Must eat in the restaurant, very good and good selection.
You can also go pet the cows and see them milk them at 7:30am and 5:30pm.

The down side of this place is there is no sign at the guesthouse to say reception is at the restaurant (google and gps just automatically bring us to the private cabins). Very touristy place too so be prepared to see lots of people.

Amazing food cozy Nordic lodge like rooms. Twin beds could be a bit more comfy and bathroom is small but still worth the stay. Restaurant is amazing. Get the lamb stew and lamb shank. Generous breakfast buffet as well. Great central location.

The guesthouse is comfortable and nice. You can see the cows from the dining room, but you can avoid it if that's not your thing.
The food is excellent and peculiar, smoked fish, and geysir bread, and blue cheese, and cured goat there are a couple of specialties whihc may sound intimidateing but brave up, you won't regret it.

The place was very nice to stay in, comfortable beds, warm blankets and the staff were amazing. The dinner at the restaurant was good. I had the fish and my girlfriend had the burger. The only issues that we had was that it seemed with 3-4 rooms on the same Wi-Fi almost made it unusable. Also, you can hear every movement of the neighbors next to you. I'm not quite sure why they placed people next to us, as placing them one more unit down or even at the other sections of guesthouses would have been great.
