Went to ask the front desk if the pool was open. Only the outside pool is open, inside pool is reserved for swim practice. Inside pool is not open to the public at all. Therefore, we went to Ásvallalaug, which is a better public swimming pool and all their pools were open to the public.

Great hot tub & steam. We went around 4pm and had the place to ourselves. I highly recommend trying this out!

The Blue Lagoon was fully booked, and very expensive. Going to the local pool with its many hot tubs was the best thing I did with my day in Iceland.

Good place for a swim. Aging facility but still good. There is a range of hot tubs, a fun little water slide, an ice bath, a pool and a steam room. All very clean and nice.
