This place is great! The atmosphere was always buzzing. Fabulous live music. I didn't see any amber ale which bummed me out. And the place downstairs where the live music is at is very small and that place gets packed! The staff were quick. I never made it upstairs. Had a great mix of locals and tourists . They have this wheel to win drinks. This guy kept winning the 8 beers option and kept passing them out to everyone so I didn't pay for a drink all night thanks to that guys luck! I'll probably be back for my last night here

You must eat here if you want a great atmosphere and experience. The pizza was delicious and the fish fresh. The live music was great. My mom is a Pepsi drinker and they serve Coke products. The manager walked down to the supermarket and got a Pepsi for her. I mean just phenomenal service. They even toasted me for you birthday.

A little crowded, but warm and cosy. Great vibes, good people, good and live music and selection of beers, drunk by a great veriety of people. If you are around and care to join the fun, go inside.

We went to watch the Ireland v Scotland rugby and were told they would be showing the full match and we had to wait for the football to end and a bit more. The place was full of Irish people waiting for the match with only a handful of people interested in the football. There were quite a few angry heads until the game was showed.

Yes, it is expensive to drink in Iceland. But being in a fun place with friendly service and a great beer selection makes it all worthwhile.

Reasonable happy hour prices for the neighborhood, and great pizzas and fish & chips. Don't expect much in the way of authenticity as far as it being an Irish Pub, however, unless exposed wood, Guinness on tap, and U2 playing is all it takes.

Great atmosphere and good service. Terrific live music too. Drinks were very expensive for an Englishman abroad but that's Iceland for you! Would definitely drink here again. And again!

It's a cool place, the musicians are great. Of course it can get packed on the weekend, so if you wanna just chat and drink, better go upstairs. It's definitely a place to pick up someone get laid if you're into older, bigger drunk women---I passed, thanks anyway. I liked the Icelandic beers, some white ale they had and an amber one, those are really good.

Great Irish pub! There was a very good guitar player/singer when I was here and he nailed it. You should definitely spin the wheel a couple of times.

Almost like the pubs here in Ireland; cosy and bustling. Good live trad music, pints are the same extortionate price as the rest of the city.

SPIN THE WHEEL! I did the math on their wheel behind the bar (pay some amount and spin to win a random number of drinks or possibly lose it all) and the average return of each spin is somewhere just above the cost of spinning the wheel, so spin spin spin!! Unless you are there during happy hour, in that case do not spin. They have a great selection of Viking Brewery beers, and are otherwise a very faithful representation of an Irish Pub. Loved this place so much I came back twice in one weekend. Sassy bar tenders were a pain, but they managed to only add to the charm.

I don't understand why anyone would go to any other bar than this. Great ambient, cheap good Icelandic beers (~800 ISK/pint during happy hour), fast and helpful staff. Best place for beers between 12h and 19h.

This is a pub. The service is very good despite the Icelandic prices. Inside, the decor is that of an Irish pub serving some amazing icelandic beers. Wifi is free.

Good spot for the craic. Seen a few people being removed for little or no reason maybe a quite word to ease up on the dance moves would suffice

Great place for drinks and live music. The beer on tap is good and there are about 8 options to choose from.

Adequate for a bar. Decoration was good but the music got old quickly. Car bombs were above par
