Decent size portions. Typical Icelandic prices. They have a few vegetarian dishes and 1 specific vegan dish, though the vegetarian options could be made vegan. We stopped on our drive from Glacier Lagoon to the Secret Lagoon.

We were driving for hours before we could find a cafe and ended up here 10 minutes before the closing time. They were super nice to let us order even when we were so late. The place is gorgeous and the food was even more amazing. Very nice point to relax, rewind and get on the road again! Loved the service and the people too.

Cute little place with decent food, although obviously pricey. Probably not the best place if you are celiac. I had to ask the server three times to check with the kitchen what I could eat, and the answer changed each time. In the end I got fish and plain vegetables, because all the chicken is pre-marinated and there always basically nothing else available. It was good food, but not worth the price.

Ended up in this place today after the cafe in town was closed. We were not sorry. Fast service, amazing burgers and fries. Great stop for those hungry after a busy morning of sightseeing.

After stumbling across this, it was one of our favorite stops for food! We had the BBQ cheese burger and the Exorcist pizza. Both delicious!!

This is a great place to do for lunch on your travels around Iceland. The prices are reasonable and the options will sit all tastes. The soup is bottomless with as many refills as you want. This is great if you are on a budget.

This cafe had a warm and inviting vibe. The ribs here was surprisingly tasty, goes well with the Full draft beer. Pizza looks amazing too, although we did not have the chance to try them.

One of my favorite meals while traveling in Iceland. Went for lunch and got the unlimited delicious tomato soup and homemade bread and split the seafood pizza. Waitress was super friendly, space was very cute, and food was tasty!

One of the rare spot to eat if you want to avoid the gas stations. Serves decent food. Service can be a bit slow if a group arrives at the same time as you.

For a stop over cafe it has a decent selection of burgers, pizza's and starters. Prices are typical of Iceland but actually the quality of the food is really good. Staff are friendly and efficient and the food comes out very quickly. Not much to fault this restaurant except that it could be warmer when you sit down, but get a hot pizza in you and you won't be chilly anymore!

We really enjoyed our food there. the pizza was great. The BBQ Ribs are delicious. Staff was friendly. We payed 17000 ISK (140€) for 1 pizza, 3 BBQ Ribs and 1 Fish+Sodas. Fair price.

A great stop-off if you're travelling along Route 1. Friendly staff, quick service and great, freshly-made food. We ordered pizzas and burgers, which were both affordable (a rarity for Iceland) and tasty. We also had the lamb, which was absolutely delicious (but kind of pricey).

We stayed in the village for a couple of days. We ended up eating here twice. Service was exceptional and the food was great! Burgers and pizza were delicious. Great beer and clean WC! Would definitely visit again!

Given that there are very few other options in the area, this place fills up for dinner time. We had a relatively reasonably priced dinner by Iceland standards and were so hungry anything would have tasted amazing. Good burger and fries, we waited about 30 minutes.

Very pleasant meal! The food was reasonably priced for Iceland and tastes great! Quite a wide range to choose from and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you're staying in/near this town for the night.
