A great place to spend the night at! There are hot showers and a decent toilet. The cleanliness is not the best but the water is hot and it is in a closed building. The price is 2000 isk for a camper and it was totally worth it. There's a building with the kitchen inside, which has a stove and it's all clean. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best budget camps in Iceland, definitely the best budget camp in West Iceland. Great facilities - common room (where you can sleep on a mattress) with kitchen and wifi. Sufficient showers and toilets. Definitely recommend.

Terrible stay at the lodges, upon arriving you notice the lodges is there second priority. The reception/Info is dirty and not appealing. Doors are near impossible to open and lock. The shower is dirty, no water pressure throughout the house. Don't get me started about the noise of the plumbing, the whole night through you hear this anoying hard sound of water rushing through with hard slams.
And the worst part, one of the rooms had a terrible smell. We've searched the room and it wasn't the matras, it was the floor as if someone peed there and it was never cleaned. So one of us slept on the couch and the other bunked in the childrensroom.

Small things to add, hottub was filthy and not warm enough, shower was cold, no watercooker, a few pots and pans were filthy, loads of flies and there was mold.

Esperienza fantastica.

I stayed at this campsite in a camper van on a Monday night in June. The price was fair: 2000 ISK/ vehicle. There were free showers with plenty of hot water, although the paint in the shower area was chipping and made wearing shoes in the shower a necessity. There was also a large, heated, kitchen area with a stove and refrigerator for guest use, however it looked as though the trash had not been taken out for a while as it was surrounded by flies. At the same time, it is a horse farm, so flies are to be expected. Overall, I would stay here again.

Rented the big 10 people cottage. Place was big enough, but very old and run down. Door handles broken, cutting board moldy. Pots in the kitchen were not clean. Were planning to go horse riding with the kids, but were told that there was no horse riding before summer season, which wasn't mentioned on their website. Very disappointed. Didn't feel very welcome. Wouldn't recommend, unless you just need a place for your camper van.

Closest place to park if you want to hike to the Eldborg crater.

Granja con cabañas unifamiliares muy completas, con baño, ducha, cocina y salón comedor perfectamente equipados. Como única pega, la calefacción era algo justa.

While camping our way across Iceland, we decided to stop here for the night. The camp ground was nice, and the hot water was plentiful, and the price as reasonable.

While at the campsite, our rental van had a flat tire. Despite it being a Sunday on a holiday weekend, the owners helped us change a very difficult flat tire (the lug nuts were so tight, they bent the sad little lug wrench that came with our rental van).

The hike to the Eldborg crater was excellent as well. I would definitely stay here again.
