A magical spot. We stayed here in late March, when the weather is still very unpredictable. Enjoying some whiskey and good company in the outdoor hot spring, watching a snowstorm blow up the fjord, is an evening I will not forget.

Definitely more than a five star. Feels like homecompete with facilities. So peaceful and the hot tub makes it more rejuvenating.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Great view and very secluded. Great hot pot and very kid friendly surroundings. Remember to stock up on food. Nearest store is far away and do not have tourist friendly opening hours.

Great view and well equipped, but you need to call staff (with a provided phone) when you arrive, or if you need something, as they aren't on site. Private cabins are nice, with a hot plate to cook with, but don't have great air flow, and only have a toilet, showers are shared, and up at the main building.

We visited in June 3017 for a night. The grounds were quiet and somewhat difficult to find, but what an amazing value. The camp ground next door was more popular than the hostel. Bathrooms were clean and staff was helpful when needed.
Wake up early while it's still quiet and watch the whales while you eat breakfast at the fjord-side picnic table ;)response / report this review -

Awesome place for Northern lights. Amazing hostel with a hot pool ( for free). Close to snaefelness peninsula. Highly recommended.

BARDZO przyjemny hostel. Największa atrakcja to oczywiście lokalizacja przy zatoczce do której wpływa ocean oraz wanna z gorącą, naturalną wodą- BEZ opłat dodatkowych. Sam hostel bez szału, ale czysto i przyjemnie.

Very Nice, I'm currently sitting in the hot-tube with night view on the ocean. It exist since 1987 and has it's reasons.
